Question(s)

Sometimes I just think that what would have happened if all the kufi's had came on the streets when the army of Yazeed maloon brought ahle haram to Kuffa?

Why the people who were claiming to be the well wishers of ahlebait remained quiet at that time? Why no one protested against this act of maloon? No procession was held, no one raised the voice against establishment, and no one supported the noble cause, why?

Either of these two options seems logical, there cannot be any third option, either the people were such innocent or unaware that they didn't knew what was going on, who was prophets (saws) true successor, who was on right path, who was the real imam of muslims, what is the dignity and honor of ahlebait. Another option is that they knew everything but did not have courage to raise their voice and stood up against evil as they were afraid of losing their lives, they prefer to remain in home like a coward just because they thought to be neutral.

Which option seems more logical? If we say option 1 then why did they first sent letters to Imam Hussain (as) and why did they responded on Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel's call in first place?

Obvious answer is option 2.

Is there anything called neutral? Either you are on right path or wrong path. So if anyone was thinking that he is on neutral side means that he is on wrong path as if you are NOT supporting the truth, ultimately you are helping false.

Were the kuffi’s able to save their lives and property by not opposing evil of their time? Were they able to live a respectful life later on?

People who are aware of little bit history know very well that how Yazid and his supporter dealt with kuffi's afterwards.

Assume we were present in 61 hijra in Kuffa, what would be our decision at that stage, as we were not in that situation so all of us will answer that we would have come on streets to oppose Yazid maloon and his army of thousands without fearing our lives, family, property and worldly pleasures , really?

Are you coming in chehlum procession this year in Karachi??

  2. each and every shia must participate in chehlum procession to save his committment to Imam Hussain a.s.
reading ziarate warisa 'YA LAITANI KUNTO MAAKUM' means wish i was with you in karbala jihad. if some one not participating, he should stop reading ziarate warisa.
    wassalam

  4. i would say participate in jalloos but be prepared and do not let others take advantage of our faith , its just like when you go in a war you go prepared and try to find the enemy and once you find it kill them and we should avoid to hurt any innocent person.

  8. Salamaleikum:
The articles on your blogs seem to be slanted either to cause doubt or are immature
A case in point is Modernization and Now about the Quesions & Kuffi. Here is my question:: What if
the participants at Ghadeer had been true to
what they heard- then nothing would have happened. 'What if' the army with Prophet
Mohammed SAWW at Uhud would have not scattered-remember both Hazrat Mohammed and Ali were in command then the debacle would have never taken place. Siffeen is another episode of 'What if 'the army of Ali had obeyed Amir ul momineen ,their commander.
'What if' Iblis had done Sajda. nothing would
    have taken place.
Here is the answer. Lets be more current. What if the muslims in these present times unite .
Every reward , blessings and comfort will come to all. Everybody knows this. So why they donot unite. Iran is standing up against some blatant and open oppression via sanctions, a war by the western powers via Saddam, etc. and is a signatory to the NPT
regarding nuclear rights--who is standing up for Iran. On the contrary, its enemies some of whom have not signed the NPT are most vociferous and demand to attack it. How come everybody is quiet. Their turn is next
And the list of such questions is endless. This is the essence of Trial. To be steadfast and supportive of Truth and to face the minions of Evils requires Sacrifice. The guile of Evil is that it masquerades as Truth the weakness of all mankind (Muslim and others) --is to submit before arrogance, tyranny and ruthlessness or risk total annihilation. You have to be a Hur or have a leader like Hussain to lead you to that path . This conclusion is that which History is finally going to come to --. Instead of searching for what was wrong with the Kufi you need to just look at the condition of the Muslim world round you and ask the same question. This "What if" question is applicable to the annals of History yet Allah's chosen few have lighted the torch of Guidance and shown the way. Mankind has to struggle to reach the pinnacle of full realisation and that alas shall not take place without divine leadership such is the nature of man. I would suggest your blog write some more rational stuff -the contents of your articles are divisive and troubesome

  9. dear lakhani, i dont understand whats so slanted in this article. people who were so called lovers of ahlebait did not supported them at time when they needed. so is our case .. if we are calling ourselves shia isna asheri and not doing anything to protect azadari or to support ahlebait's todays need then we are no different than kufis. Isnt it?

  10. Dear Haider:
We are all supportive of azadari. Today in these modern times in the west the number of processions has magnified many times and so also the numbers . Yet in many muslim countries the same azadari is banned. Ask yourself why..??? This is directly in contrast to the article Modernisation.

What if the Kufis had united behind Imam Hussain that is the question of the article
I have answered the What if. And believe me
this Azadari this lighted torch of guidance
of Imam Zainulabedin and Bibi Zainab salamulah aleha is not only a strong expression against tyranny and oppression but a manifestation of freedom and a cry to unite with the Truth. This is what shakes the foundation of all oppressive regimes. And this is exactly what we face today either
directly by these blasts in Karachi/Baghdad
or by blogs and articles containing silly
irrelevant innuendos and slants. Be vigilant.

  11. The message is good but still in this era aale rasool(A.s) are in problem. People kill thm just because they are syed, people insult them just because they are syed. People argue why to support syed only and neglect them, so many times hates them. in saudia people kill them. and we all knows Khums is an order of Holy quran and about sah me sadaat. BUT WHO CARES? still the nature of kufi you can see in current era also.
Money and power in still above all.

  12. So let us think

Ø Are there no poor people amongst Sadat?

Ø Are there no widows amongst Sadat?

Ø Are there no underprivileged among the Sadat?

Ø Are there no starving children of Sadat?

Ø Are there no orphans amongst them?

Ø Are there no girls among the Sadat whose families cannot afford them a wedding?

Ø Do the children of Sadat not desire to study at the best colleges and universities?

Ø Do they not desire to wear fine clothes on the occasion of Eid?

The answers to all of these questions is a resounding YES.
